Qualification
Required
Proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented individual
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
At least six years of relevant experience
Thrives in fast-paced work environments
Ability to take ownership of work product
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook)
Ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint
Demonstrated keen judgment
Ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives
