Property Assistant Manager
Nubble Site Solutions is a small business owner in Southern Maine seeking a Property Assistant Manager. The role involves managing the owner's schedule, running errands, and ensuring property upkeep, while providing opportunities for growth into administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Run errands inclusive of grocery shopping, some meal prep may be required
Duties include keeping office/vehicle/shared spaces organized, cleaning, laundry, light lawn care
General maintenance and scheduling maintenance services as needed
Occasional childcare, ensuring that a safe environment is provided
Manage and organize owner’s schedule
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail is a must
Current license and clean driving record
Computer skills - Must be familiar with Outlook, Word, Xcel, Google Drive
Must be able to take initiative and work independently
Good problem-solving skills and positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred
Ability to drive a pickup truck is a plus
Outlook calendar is a plus
