Responsibilities

Lead strategic account management for multiple nonprofit clients, aligning marketing and fundraising strategies with their organizational goals
Champion client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results
Oversee the execution of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across all deliverables
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to clients and Moore leadership
Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning within your team
Promote cross-functional collaboration and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Ensure team proficiency in planning, reporting, and data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making

Required

8–10 years of agency experience, with at least 5 years in direct marketing fundraising
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven success in managing and scaling client accounts, with a strong track record of client satisfaction
Deep understanding of direct marketing and omnichannel campaign strategies
Skilled in interpreting data and generating insights to inform strategy
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage executive-level stakeholders
