Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and custom middleware
Collaborate closely with Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Research, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver CRM features that drive business outcomes
Implement advanced front-end capabilities in LWC to support complex user workflows and data visualization
Ensure adherence to development standards, perform peer code reviews, and maintain proper documentation
Participate in Agile sprints and ceremonies, including grooming, planning, and retrospectives
Monitor Salesforce performance and resolve incidents in production, staging, and UAT environments
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce seasonal releases, security best practices, and emerging FinTech trends

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a US University
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally within capital markets or financial services
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Salesforce DX, and version control tools (Git/Bitbucket)
Experience integrating Salesforce with market data platforms, analytics tools, or financial research systems is highly desirable
Understanding of data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, and platform limits in complex orgs
Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications preferred
Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus

Preferred

Experience supporting Salesforce in a regulated, highly secure environment
Knowledge of capital markets workflows such as deal tracking, client onboarding, or KYC/AML processes
Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Salesforce Shield is a strong advantage
Experience working with Agile teams and JIRA/Confluence for backlog and documentation management
