Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
15+ years in municipal water and wastewater treatment plant design
Managed design/project management of at least two wastewater treatment plants with values exceeding $100 million
Strong connections with regional and local clients and subconsultants
Registered Professional Engineer in California
Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like MBR processes
Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop top technical talent
Preferred
Passion to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality and client satisfaction
Established relationships and experience in California
Effective seller-doer, balancing business development with project management to drive profitable growth
