Responsibilities

Greeting, intake forms, medical history, and payments
Leading busy clinics with 25-30 patients daily
Invoicing and checking out clients
Phone handling and appointment scheduling
Clinic paperwork preparation and organization
Animal handling and administration of medications
Record keeping and supply management
Computer proficiency, including Mac IOS and Google Docs

Required

Experience as a veterinary receptionist
