Building custom portals, widgets, and experiences on the ServiceNow platform

Developing custom functionality within the ServiceNow platform

Collaborating with Designers to bring new user experiences to life

Required

Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the ServiceNow tech stack, particularly with Service Portals

5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including designing, creating, and configuring scoped applications

5+ years of additional business or IT experience

3+ years of experience in a professional services organization or as a consultant

5+ years of experience in Scripting/Coding, with a strong preference for JavaScript

Functional knowledge and implementation experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including direct interaction with customers and clients

Ability to design and build applications that effectively meet business goals and objectives

In-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications development in ServiceNow

Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.)

A career professional within the field, considered highly skilled and proficient in your discipline

Ability to conduct complex and important work under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for independent judgment
