Responsibilities
Check layout (make sure they are using SPS's Layout Procedure)
Check to make sure walls are straight, plumb and square
Make sure all hollow metal door frames are installed correctly
Checks soffits to ensure they are at the right heigh
Check window openings
Check bathroom walls to make sure no pipes are sticking out
Check all walls with blocking and make sure the blocking is installed correctly
Check insulation to make sure it is installed correctly
Check all finishing to make sure it is installed correctly
Check all finishing to make sure it is getting done correctly
Check that all corner beads are straight
Check drywall joints and check for control joints
If we are doing the acoustical ceiling and tile, check elevations
Make sure all wall angles are installed correctly
For Superwall- check all panels to make sure they are installed correctly
Use quality control list too inspect all jobs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills are needed
Experience in the commercial construction trade
