Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow system architecture, including hardware and software components, to meet functional requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Document system requirements, configurations, procedures, and best practices

Install, configure, and deploy server resources provided by third-party cloud services. and software updates

Create technical documentation for system configurations and maintaining system-related reports

Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for all designed and developed that ensures detailed project documentation

Document all system configuration changes in accordance with Information Systems Security best practices

Required

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly

4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products

Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

Strong documentation and verbal communication skills to collaborate with and convey focused messages to stakeholders, customers, domain experts, program managers and teammates encompassing architecture, high-level and detail system designs

Experience in deploying, configuring and maintaining enterprise level IT systems such as ServiceNow

Experience deploying cloud-based enterprise level applications such as in AWS and Azure

Experience with Linux administration and deployed Linux based systems

Experience with system upgrades, patching and regular IT system maintenance

Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field; or 4 years of additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
