Facilities Assessment and Planning - Program Director
Parsons Corporation is a leader in facility asset inventories and condition assessments, seeking a dynamic Program Director for their Facilities Assessment and Planning Group. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to manage facility portfolios, develop strategic plans, and expand project management services while fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage P&L and update the group’s strategy to attract new clients and expand services
Develop annual business plans, engage in business development, and oversee proposal processes
Identify, target, and sell CM and PM services, converting FCA contracts into ongoing program and construction management service contracts, and working closely with the Business Development team
Lead negotiations for prime- and sub-contracts, plan and allocate resources, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects across North America
Build integrated sales strategies that promote our construction and project management services, expanding existing client relationships and addressing their capital project needs
Travel to client or project sites as needed to strengthen client relationships, ensuring both project success and long-term client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
A strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, project management, and client relationship expansion
Experience in facility asset and condition assessments, facility master planning, capital improvement planning, and program and construction management services
Ability to balance business development, operational management, and strategic sales to maximize client engagement and contract conversion
A bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Business, or Construction Management (or a related field) is preferred, along with 10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships
