This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects while ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and safety.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Business Unit Leader to develop and execute strategic initiatives targeting water treatment infrastructure projects
Lead pre-construction planning, estimating strategies, and operational execution
Build and sustain key relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to position Keeley for future opportunities
Provide leadership to project teams to ensure excellence in project performance, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial results
Manage owner relations and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
Champion recruiting efforts to attract top project management and field talent
Collaborate with the leadership team on long-term strategic goals for the region
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
10+ years in heavy civil, structural concrete, or water/wastewater treatment construction
Proven experience managing large-scale ($50M+) self-perform projects
Expertise with project management and scheduling platforms (Primavera P6 preferred); familiarity with HCSS estimating software is a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead diverse teams
Strategic mindset with strong business development acumen
