Responsibilities

Lead the development and review of advanced engineering deliverables, including process models, mass balances, and treatment system designs
Serve as a subject matter expert for large-scale industrial water treatment projects, guiding process design, equipment selection, and operational optimization
Collaborate with mine sites and project teams to align treatment solutions with business and sustainability goals
Advise on pilot testing, applied research, and data interpretation to inform engineering decisions
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by participating in industry forums and internal knowledge sharing
Manage budgets for consulting, vendor support, and design services, supporting long-term planning and execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of related experience (or Master's + 8 years, or PhD + 6 years)
Expertise in water and wastewater treatment design, particularly for industrial or mining applications
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proficiency in MS Office (including CoPilot), and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 5 weeks per quarter
MUST BE eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred

MBA or certification in financial/economic evaluation
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
Background in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering as applied to mining and hydrometallurgy
Experience with cost estimating, project controls, and modeling software for water treatment
Fluency in Spanish or Bahasa Indonesian
