Responsibilities

Lead the development and review of complex water treatment designs, including process models, mass balances, and technical documentation

Serve as a subject matter expert for large-scale water treatment projects and system troubleshooting

Guide internal teams on selecting cost-effective water treatment technologies and equipment

Align engineering strategies with site-level goals and collaborate with cross-functional leaders

Support applied research and testing for process design and innovation

Represent our client at industry events and help drive continuous improvement

Manage project planning, consulting budgets, and vendor services

Qualification

Water treatment designProcess engineeringProject managementProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseFluency in SpanishCommunicatorMicrosoft Office proficiencyCost estimation skills

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in process or water treatment engineering (or equivalent education/experience: Master's with 8+ years, PhD with 6+ years)

Expertise in water and wastewater treatment design across industrial, municipal, or seawater systems

Strong communicator with ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CoPilot, and project management tools

Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5 weeks per quarter)
