Vice President Cybersecurity
ASM Global is a leader in venue management and live event production, seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity to develop and execute their cybersecurity strategy. This role is responsible for protecting digital assets and critical infrastructure while leading a team of security professionals and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities
Define and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with Legends’ business objectives
Serve as the primary advisor on cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies to executive leadership
Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across all business units and digital platforms
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2)
Oversee security architecture, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
Lead the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team
Promote a culture of security awareness through training and engagement across the organization
Evaluate and implement security technologies and tools
Manage third-party risk, especially in relation to hospitality systems, POS platforms, and customer data
Stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes
Continuously improve Legends’ security posture through proactive initiatives and strategic investments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs
Proven track record of building and scaling security programs in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments—preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or retail sectors
Deep understanding of security architecture, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), and secure software development practices
Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/ MDR, vulnerability management, and incident response platforms
Strong familiarity with data privacy and security regulations including PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and emerging U.S. state-level privacy laws
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top cybersecurity talent
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including board members and business leaders
Demonstrated ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives and risk appetite
Experience developing multi-year security roadmaps and managing large-scale security budgets and vendor relationships
Preferred
Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC are strongly preferred
