Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct all assigned class meetings

Assign student grades appropriately and submitting them on time to the Office of Student Records
Conduct course assessments as required by the department

Qualification

Required

Earned graduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Bioengineering, or related fields
At a minimum, candidates should hold a Master's degree with equivalent experience
Ability to teach one or more undergraduate or graduate courses in Bioengineering
Prepare and conduct all assigned class meetings
Assign and evaluate/grade student work appropriately
Be available to students for consultation outside of class
Assign student grades appropriately and submitting them on time to the Office of Student Records
Conduct course assessments as required by the department
Must be able to provide evidence of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level and/or graduate level in one or more of the sub-discipline topics listed below: Computational Bioengineering, Medical Devices, Biomaterials and Biomechanics, Anatomy & Physiology, Cellular and Biomolecular Engineering
