Responsibilities

Champion the customer: Understand their needs, challenges and goals and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations
Lead with insight: Use your expertise to identify opportunities, guide strategy, and help customers transition from research to clinical and commercial success
Actively participate in relevant conferences, technical seminars and local customer events / visits
Drive results: Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Specialists and Field Application Specialists to meet business targets and design-in Cytiva’s innovative technologies
Be the voice of the customer: Share market insights and feedback with e.g. product management, R&D, marketing to help shape Cytiva´s offerings and deliver even greater value

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
Several years of business development / commercial experience within advanced therapies or biotechnology industry
customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems and creating value
Proven ability to drive cross-selling, value positioning, lead generation, effective funnel management using SFDC and scouting the market for new opportunities by using databases like Global Data
Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel – 50% travel, international, overnight, within territory
Must have a valid driver's license
