Responsibilities
Utilize workflow to review incoming Accounts Payable invoices
Review various data fields for accuracy and adjust where required
Assign invoices to the appropriate branch queue
Assist with vendor statement reconciliation
Perform data entry, review, and posting of AP invoices in accounting system
Work together with the Corporate AP Team to ensure timely processing of invoices
Assist with other AP processes and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to learn the WSFP Accounts Payable processes
Sufficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Type with speed and accuracy
Ability to collaborate
Time Management
Willing to pass a post-offer drug test and background check
