Complete daily reports accurately
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on experience operating various heavy equipment on construction and engineering projects
Strong understanding of the trade
Commitment to safety
Operate a range of heavy machinery, including dozers, excavators, compactors, rollers, track loaders, and water trucks
Participate in safety meetings
Assist with site tasks as needed
Read plans and staking
Complete daily reports accurately
Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Legal authorization to work
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Fluent in English
