Responsibilities

Provides oversight of transactional and financial operations, accounting, and administrative support in the Bienen School of Music Office of the Associate Dean for Administration, Finance and Planning
Being point of contact for faculty, staff, guest performers and vendors
Managing payment and financial transaction processes
Applying industry and professional standards, university policy and procedure, federal and state laws and other regulations (as applicable)
Screening calls and visitors
General administrative support to the Associate Dean for Administration, Finance and Planning of the Bienen School of Music

Qualification

Financial experienceNU FinancialsNon-profit experienceCommunication skillsDetail oriented

Required

3-5 years of financial experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment

Preferred

Previous experience utilizing NU Financials or similar software
Previous experience working with musicians/artists and/or non-profit industry experience
