Responsibilities
Master our AI agent platform and understand complex compliance infrastructure requirements
Shadow experienced engineers on customer deployments and system architecture decisions
Build your first scalable services that support AI agent development
Own end-to-end infrastructure for major bank and fintech deployments
Build and deploy systems that scale across our rapidly growing customer base
Partner with AI and product teams to turn infrastructure insights into platform improvements
Become a go-to expert for regulated AI infrastructure
Build production infrastructure that deploys AI agents in highly regulated environments
Architect scalable, secure systems that connect our platform with enterprise customer environments
Create reusable platform services that enable rapid development across our product suite
Collaborate with Engineering, Deployment, and Customer teams as the infrastructure expert
Qualification
Required
4+ years of software engineering experience with focus on backend/infrastructure
Strong expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and system architecture
Experience building secure, scalable systems for enterprise environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with and excitement around building infrastructure that directly impacts customer success
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with lots of iteration
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML systems deployment and infrastructure
Previous experience at startups scaling infrastructure for rapid growth
Background in fintech or building systems for highly regulated industries
Experience with enterprise security and compliance requirements
