Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts to customers and service technicians within the designated delivery area

Load and unload parts onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring that orders are accurate and secure

Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, performing regular checks and maintenance as needed

Accurately complete delivery paperwork, including obtaining customer signatures and processing returns when necessary

Assist with the organization and stocking of the parts department when not on deliveries

Communicate effectively with the parts department to ensure all deliveries are completed as scheduled

Provide excellent customer service, representing Murgado in a professional and courteous manner

Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of parts

Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle maintenance needs to management promptly

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and materials (up to 50 pounds)

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the Chicago area and the ability to use GPS and other navigation tools effectively

Preferred

Previous experience in automotive parts delivery or a related field
