Responsibilities
Design and develop working software solutions for internal and public web applications
Lead and own a product feature from design to delivery
Participate in the design of large, complex solutions
Help drive the future roadmap of the software team and AHEAD
Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior staff
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Elixir and Phoenix
Experience with Phoenix LiveView
Experience with other various backend languages and databases
Strong understanding and passion for software design, architecture, and usability
Good testing practices and experience
Experience with build tooling, continuous integration, and containerization
Active participation in regular code reviews
Clear and direct communication skills
Comfortable working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Driven to keep learning and stay updated with the latest in development trends
Preferred
Some experience with single page application frameworks such as React or Angular
