The Deployed Operations Manager will manage and mentor Site Leads, ensuring mission readiness and operational excellence for Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) operations while providing technical support to deployed teams.

Responsibilities

Ensure Site Leads achieve mission impacts, fulfill contractual obligations, and delight customers

Manage, mentor, and supervise Site Leads who lead crews on COCO and extended duration international operations

Serve as Shield AI’s primary contact for COCO crew information, collaborating closely with the FSR Management team and Senior Manager

Work with the FSR Supervisors on COCO staffing, providing Sr. Manager Deployed Operations courses of action and ensuring optimal crew employment

Mentor, develop, and train Site Leads and crews to ensure mission readiness and operational excellence

Provide technical support to deployed teams as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
