Excellent critical thinking, listening and interpersonal communication skills
Genuine love and excitement for raising money in support of a Mission you're passionate about
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
Preferred
Experience developing new business, including inside sales
A track record of raising five and six figure gifts while maintaining donor relationship across a large portfolio
Success in a variety of fundraising, sales, or business development environments that prepares you for success in fundraising
Intellectual curiosity to innovate and experiment with creative solutions
