Oracle Cloud ERP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to support the development and execution of a software platform for financial advisors. The role involves working cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the platform, contributing to a high-impact initiative that transforms how financial advisors scale their practices.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the advisor growth platform, from planning to execution and post-launch optimization
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Support the development and refinement of business planning tools, data diagnostics dashboards, and best practice libraries
Monitor program performance using KPIs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
Participate in user research and feedback sessions to understand advisor needs and pain points
Contribute to the creation of training materials and onboarding resources for internal teams and end users

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences
Interest in financial services and advisor enablement is a plus

Preferred

Experience working with data analytics tools or platforms
Understanding of CRM systems and advisor workflows and automations
Exposure to user experience (UX) design principles
