Responsibilities
Build and configure packaged software and Software as a Service products
Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications
Utilize declarative features to create functionality where applicable
Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years of experience with Salesforce Development and Salesforce Service Cloud
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Apex
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform
