Responsibilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Provide timely and effective assistance with IT-related issues
Guide customers remotely through system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes
Show a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to users via email, phone, and messaging services
Have knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms, such as Microsoft Office 365
Possess a basic understanding of networking concepts
Be familiar with computer hardware, common software applications, and troubleshooting techniques

Required

Active DoD Top-Secret Clearance
