Responsibilities

Enhance recruitment and outreach efforts to engage individuals most in need of career retraining

Provide focused instructional and programmatic support aligned with NC HRD guidelines

Strengthen employer partnerships and community resource integration to support student success and job placement

Ensure compliance with state reporting requirements and contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement

Recruit and enroll individuals in need of career retraining, skill development, or educational advancement

Provide instruction, counseling, and support related to career awareness, academic remediation, occupational training, job placement, and resource access

Coordinate with community partners, local employers, and service agencies to develop and maintain opportunities for participants and program graduates

Monitor and assess program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with labor market needs

Serve as a liaison between the program and the community to enhance visibility and engagement
