Responsibilities

Responsible for managing RF/antenna design group across multiple development programs
Responsible for performing line management functions (Touchpoints, salary planning, training, etc) for your development team
Collaborate with technical leaders in other disciplines and sections of the company to develop strategic technical direction
Communicate program progress to senior leadership

Qualification

RF design experienceAntenna design experienceLine management experienceComplex project managementAnalog RF circuitsDigital RF circuitsActive TS/SCI clearanceAltium DesignerMicrowave OfficeMentoring skills

Required

BSEE (MSEE desired) and minimum of 15 years of RF design experience
Knowledge and experience with analog and digital RF circuits
Knowledge and experience with antenna/antenna array designs
Experience with line manager duties for a medium sized engineering team
Experience managing complex RF/antenna development projects
Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Mentor and/or Altium Designer experience
Microwave Office experience
