Responsibilities

Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner

Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Review solutions with customers; discuss needs and ensure a safe operation situation

Maintain a field parts inventory, testing devices and tools. Maintain clean and safe working environment at the customer site and in the company vehicle

Required

Basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking or IT system upgrades

Technical Associates Degree or Electronic Technology Diploma and/or Military experience

One-year as Field Service Engineer or related experience – prefer medical field

Ability to travel – Up to 30-35% overnight travel

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

Preferred

Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems

Preferred Comp TI A+ certification
