Quantitative Pharmacologist
Inductive Bio is building an AI-driven platform to enhance drug discovery efficiency. They are seeking a Quantitative Pharmacologist to develop mechanistic models for pharmacokinetics and organ toxicity, aiming to reduce animal testing in drug development.

Responsibilities
Build novel PBPK and quantitative systems toxicity models leveraging large amounts of novel data to further the state-of-the-art in toxicity prediction
Collaborate with ML Scientists to integrate AI approaches into mechanistic models
Work across disciplines and institutions as part of a moonshot effort to reduce the need for animal testing in drug development
Report on your results internally and externally in publications and presentations
Work directly with Inductive Bio’s biopharma partners to incorporate mathematical models to improve decision making in their drug programs
Qualification
Required
You have a Ph.D. in pharmacology, quantitative systems pharmacology, mathematical modeling, biophysics, or a related discipline
You have a track record of publishing novel research on mechanistic models for disease biology, clinical outcomes, pharmacokinetics, and/or pharmacodynamics
You have 3+ years of applying mathematical models to drug discovery
You are pragmatic and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact program with a collaborative mindset
