Responsibilities
Perform all the duties of a traditional law firm attorney, with an emphasis on counseling clients on employment-law-related matters
Performing legal research
Drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
Attending court conferences
Handling discovery-related activities and investigations
Drafting of position statements and dispositive motions
Counseling clients on employment-law-related matters
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law in California and in good standing in California
During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred
9+ years of Employment Litigation Defense experience is preferred
