The Asset Maintenance Representative will support the Asset Division by managing repair and maintenance work for trailers, building partnerships with vendors, and ensuring operational efficiencies through data analysis.

Responsibilities

Procure quality repair and maintenance vendors across the country in the most effective and cost efficient way

Build partnerships with repair and maintenance vendors to maximize cost savings and efficient repairs of trailers

Manage repair and maintenance vendors to ensure repairs are completed timely, precisely and within scope of request work

Negotiate repair and maintenance work to reduce overall costs to ITS

Triage and diagnose trailer breakdown to clearly and concisely request appropriate repairs and maintenance

Daily maintenance and management of trailer data utilizing various technologies and a hyper focus on data integrity

Accurately record and update asset acquisitions, statuses, and locations

Track and report compliance with registration and insurance to meet ITS requirements

Optimizing organization practices via automation and efficiency, always striving toward continuous improvement
