New Business Development: Establish and maintain strong data partnerships with key stakeholders in the Ophthalmology ecosystem (i.e., pharmaceutical companies, AI algorithm developers, and academia)

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and drive the execution of business development plans and initiatives to achieve revenue growth

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the clinical trials industry

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing collaboration
