Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Assists the producers in securing quotes and coverages for any personal lines of business, new and renewal
Additional duties are in their Job Description to manage and maintain these accounts
Qualification
Required
The ability to establish rapport and relationships with the customers
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm
The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and prioritize work on a daily basis
Be highly organized and pay attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with computers and various Microsoft applications
