They are seeking a sharp, resourceful contract recruiter to help build a strong pipeline of retail talent as they continue to grow, particularly for key store leadership roles.

Responsibilities
15-20 hours/week contract role
Performance-based comp structure with placement bonuses
Focused on Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Ambassador roles
Ability to build and maintain pipeline of talent for the company's stores
Key player in supporting new store openings and growth
Potential to grow into a full-time role based on results
Flexible location (St. Louis preferred but not required)
Qualification
Required
Proven recruiting experience
Fast mover who can source, screen, and schedule with urgency
Strong instincts for talent and cultural fit
Self-starter with great follow-up and hustle
Can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
