Responsibilities
Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Compensation solutions
Configure and implement Oracle Core HR and Compensation modules based on client requirements
Work with the client to develop business solution designs that effectively meet requirements
Participate in all stages of the project life cycle from design to testing and deployment
Document and perform application setups in test and production instances
Raise issues as they arise and ensure timely resolution to maintain adherence to the project schedule
Collaborate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry, working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM
4 years of relevant technical, business or project experience
Proven success as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Compensation Consultant on at least two full-cycle implementations
Proficiency in 2 or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred
Oracle Absence Management or Learn experience
