Assist other mechanics on jobs when needed
Qualification
Required
Must qualify for New York State & New York City Elevator Mechanic Licenses
Proof of four years of elevator industry experience prior to 1/1/2022
CET License
Completion of a four-year state/federally approved apprenticeship program
Team-oriented and able to work closely with company owners, supervisors, mechanics, and helpers
Overtime may be required occasionally
Willingness to work nights and weekends a BIG plus
Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor
Must be willing to abide by OSHA, NYCDOB, Company, and Industry Safety Standards
OSHA 30 Certification & 40-Hour SST is a must - will pay for classes
Must have a valid and clean driver's license
