Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation files from inception to resolution
Represent clients at hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings
Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and regulations
Participate in firm-wide knowledge sharing, training, and business development
Qualification
Required
Active membership in the State Bar of California
Must reside in California
2–10+ years of experience in workers' compensation law
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment with periodic video meetings
Preferred
Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., Practice Master, MerusCase, ProLaw, A1 Law) is a plus
