They are seeking a Web Design & Development Website Coordinator to manage client projects, oversee website design and development, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Work directly with clients as their direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best-practices
Spearhead multiple projects simultaneously to create websites that exceed client expectations and appeal to the client’s target audience
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of websites
Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
Develop and outline project specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
Organize and communicate project schedules to internal team members
Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree
GPA above 3.4
2 years experience in web project management
Outstanding customer service skills, in any industry
Advertising/marketing agency experience
Experience in setting and communicating priorities to a project team
Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX (User Experience)
Excel/Google Docs skills
Presentation skills
You have an exceptional eye for aesthetically pleasing websites
You excel at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
You have an interest in the web and stay up-to-date on new and developing technologies
