Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP EAM/PM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across diverse environments
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective SAP solutions
Configure core SAP PM functionalities including Notifications, Work Orders, Maintenance Plans, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Task Lists
Integrate SAP EAM with related modules such as MM, WM, FI/CO, and PP
Identify and drive improvements in maintenance and reliability processes
Create and execute test plans, and develop comprehensive training materials and end-user documentation
Manage asset data migration, cleansing, and validation activities
Deliver user training and provide ongoing functional and technical support
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EAM/PM-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of functional experience with SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance
Proven success in full-cycle SAP EAM/PM implementations and post-go-live support
Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas or Medical
