Responsibilities
Act as the floor ensuring goals are met and the team is focused
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active selling, styling, and service
Support bra fittings and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs
Guide and coach associates in real time to improve selling behaviors and conversion
Foster an inclusive environment where every customer feels seen, supported, and celebrated
Open and close the store as needed, following all procedures and checklists
Support new hire onboarding and ongoing associate development
Help create a positive, team-driven work environment through clear communication and feedback
Reinforce daily selling goals and contribute to team motivation
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually compelling, and fully stocked
Maintain merchandising standards and execute product moves, launches, and markdowns
Process shipments, transfers, and stockroom organization as needed
Uphold loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures at all times
Qualification
Required
1+ year of retail experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
A natural leader who thrives in a team setting and takes initiative
Reliable, accountable, and confident in managing responsibilities
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Tech-savvy: comfortable using mobile POS, sales tools, and scheduling platforms
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor
