VuMedi is a healthcare video education network used by over 600,000 providers around the world. They are seeking a Director of Education who will develop clinical strategies in Endocrinology and work closely with the Education and Sales teams to stay updated on medical trends.

Responsibilities

Develop the clinical strategy for making VuMedi the top educational resource in Endocrinology

Be our market researcher. You will track and communicate key trends in your specialties

Coordinate with our education team to make sure we have the video content to contextualize these trends and recruit KOLs to provide timely information

Ensure that our sales team is always looking around the next corner and knows what therapies are upcoming

Develop relationships with KOLs, meeting organizers, hospitals, and societies to build a network of content contributors

Identify and test approaches to make VuMedi methodologies more efficient and productive

Qualification

Required

Experience specific to diabetes, obesity, hormone disorders, or osteoporosis

Experience as an MSL, regional marketing manager, sales trainer, clinical nurse educator, clinical education specialist, or in the medical education space

Ability to get from 'no' to 'yes'

Experience talking to KOLs, including in person

Knowledge of the KOL landscape and ability to identify speakers' bureau in specialty

Passion for making contributions and taking on new challenges to grow the company

Constant learner who embraces learning new clinical knowledge and market trends

Highly organized to manage multiple projects seamlessly

Exceptional verbal communication skills

Ability to work in an autonomous environment with high personal responsibility
