Responsibilities

Develop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role

Perform engineering analysis; develop preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities; and write specifications and construction documents

Conduct business development and/or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects in coastal and interior drainage communities, including Stormwater Pump Stations, flood control channels and tide gates

Demonstrate knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics

Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD

Required

B.S. or MS Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources

5-10 years' water resources-related experience

Develop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role

Candidate should be able to perform engineering analysis; develop preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities; and write specifications and construction documents

Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics

Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in basic MS Office software

Team player

Preferred

Progressive experience conducting business development and /or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects in coastal and interior drainage communities, including Stormwater Pump Stations, flood control channels and tide gates

Dam Safety and design experience

Knowledge and Experience with USACE Civil Works projects

P.E. certification
