Responsibilities
Product Knowledge Development: Spend 4 hours daily on the drawer assembly line during the first 30 days to gain hands-on knowledge of CTech products
System Training & Navigation: Learn and effectively use the following platforms: Google Suite: Email, Docs, and Sheets
Oro Commerce: Order processing and dealer training
BOM Fusion: Enter and manage orders for carts, cabinets, and tool drawer units requiring engineering
Toe Kick: Order tracking and help desk ticket system
Ring Central: Phone system
Slack: Internal communication and messaging
Accurately process and manage sales orders and inquiries
Communicate effectively with internal teams, dealers, and customers
Provide product and order support as needed
Assist in maintaining order tracking systems and ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinate with engineering and production for customized orders
Qualification
Required
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
Experience with or ability to learn various software platforms and order entry systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
