Responsibilities

Support firmware development and integration for Electronic Systems (ES) and Electronic Assemblies (EA) performance

Lead government EW performance testing

Serve as the primary point of contact for all firmware development and debugging activities for Electronic Assemblies (EA)

Determine what the requirements should be for a product or system based on information from the customer and provide traceability for these requirements

Capture requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years

Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps)

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for reports and presentations

Modeling and Simulation, agile DevSecOps delivery pipelines, software development principals, Digital Thread concepts and realization in the development lifecycle

Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence

Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management experience
