Creative Strategist, YouTube (Long-Form)
Snowball is a rapidly growing YouTube agency focused on creating engaging content for major brands. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing innovative content formats and collaborating with the production team to enhance viewer engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and pitch YouTube-native formats, series ideas, and one-off content concepts
Guide producers with strong story instincts—reviewing outlines, shaping narratives, and giving clear notes
Craft compelling title and thumbnail strategies that drive clicks and deliver on the promise
Obsess over YouTube, spot trends, bring fresh creative POVs to the table, and help elevate the overall work
Collaborate across strategy, production, and post production to make content that earns real engagement
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years experience working on non-fiction, non-kids YouTube channels (at a media company, brand, agency, or creator side)
You've got a production or creative strategy background and a sharp eye for what makes a great YouTube Video
You understand how to think in thumbnails, write clickable titles, and develop repeatable formats
You're creative, collaborative, curious—and hungry to grow
