Sword Health is on a mission to free two billion people from pain. They are seeking a Seasonal Intake Specialist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) to join their Clinical Operations team, responsible for onboarding new members and ensuring their success in the program.

Responsibilities

Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program

Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change

Work through the Sword Portal to process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT

Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member

Ensure high levels of member satisfaction from the start, setting the stage for continued program participation and success

Required

Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)

At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience

Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage members

Creative thinking and adaptability to a hands-off, remote approach

Hard-working and capable of managing the pressures of a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working a flexible schedule, prescribed between 10 and 25 hours per week, with the expectation that the hours prescribed are the hours worked

Minimal to no hours are available to be worked on the weekends
