Responsibilities

Leads the gathering, validation, and submission of data for both recurring and one-time reports

You will produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and prepare financial analysis to provide leadership with insights needed to make decisions and understand changes

Owns the gathering, preparation, and distribution of reports to US Tech Leadership Team members

Partners with members of management and the Finance team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities

Manages the hiring approval process for US Technology, for employees and contractors, in collaboration with management, Human Resources, and Finance

Leads various strategic initiatives across the Business Management Office and in support of the US TI&I strategy; typically managing more than one project at a time

Provides expertise and content in creating strategies and new processes

Facilitates discussions and meetings at Senior Leadership tables

Identifies, escalates, and implements opportunities to enhance processes and procedures to drive efficiencies

Develops and maintains procedures for all areas of responsibility

Create, update, and maintain PowerBI dashboards as needed to assist US Technology leadership in making business decisions and maintaining compliance

Collaborates with numerous teams across the bank, as a liaison for US TI&I, to ensure various initiatives are completed in a timely manner
