Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, BIRT, and RaaS reports
Gather and document integration requirements; design robust, scalable solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Ensure integration solutions align with Workday best practices and enterprise architecture standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing integrations
Review test cases, participate in QA efforts, and support user acceptance testing
Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment procedures
Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
Collaborate with HR support teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards
Independently lead meetings, drive integration projects, and manage stakeholder communications with confidence and clarity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, BIRT, and RaaS
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules
Proficiency in web service technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
Experience supporting the full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Familiarity with Workday's integration framework and best practices for optimizing data flows
Understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements in cloud-based environments
You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative and guiding efforts within a team setting
The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
